WARRANTY REGISTRATION

Every DAKOZO suitcase is backed by a lifetime warranty that covers any functional damage occurring under normal use. If something fails that shouldn’t, we will take care of it.

This warranty does not cover standard wear and tear such as surface marks or dents, nor damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or third parties including airlines.

If a warranty issue arises, we will repair or replace the affected component and, if required, the entire suitcase at no cost to you. Shipping is typically covered as well. To assist you in the best and fastest way, we usually request clear photos or proof of the damage along with your proof of purchase such as your receipt or invoice.
