At DAKOZO, quality comes first. If your purchase is not the right fit, you may return it in line with the legal right of withdrawal.

Notify us of your return within 14 days from the day after delivery
Send the product back within 14 days after your notification
Receive your refund within 14 days after we receive your return or proof of shipment
To qualify for a return.
The suitcase must be unused and in the same condition as received.
You may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a physical store.
All original packaging, accessories and tags must be included.
Excessive damage to the product or packaging may result in a reduction in refund value.
If your product arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, it is fully covered under warranty.
Contact us immediately at help@8dakozo.com with your order number and a clear photo or short video.
Warranty and replacement shipments are always free of charge.
Return shipping costs are covered by DAKOZO. In some cases, these costs may be deducted from the refund.
