These Terms & Conditions govern the use of www.8dakozo.com and all purchases of DAKOZO products. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors of www.8dakozo.com and to every purchase made through our Shopify webshop.
Separate terms may apply for purchases made through marketplaces such as bol.com.
We aim to display all products, specifications and colours as accurately as possible.
Please note:
• Colours may vary depending on screen and lighting.
• Limited edition batches may sell out without notice.
• Product improvements may be made without prior announcement.
All descriptions are intended to give a clear and honest representation of each item.
An order becomes final once payment is completed and you receive an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to:
• refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud
• correct pricing errors before shipment
• cancel orders if stock levels were displayed incorrectly
If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.
All prices shown on www.8dakozo.com include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change at any time before an order is placed.
• Shipping fees and (when applicable) international duties are shown during checkout.
We offer secure payment methods through:

• Mollie
• Visa
• Mastercard
• PayPal
Payments are processed by external certified providers.
We do not store full credit card information.
Orders are shipped from our fulfillment partners. Delivery times vary per destination and carrier.
Once your order is handed over to the carrier:
• shipping delays are outside our control
• we are not liable for carrier-related issues
• tracking details will be provided when available
For non-EU shipments, customs duties or import charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers may return eligible products within the legally required period under Dutch and EU consumer law.
Returns must be:
• unused
• in original condition
• complete with all accessories and protective packaging
Refunds are processed after the returned product has been inspected.
Used or damaged products may be rejected or refunded partially.
DAKOZO suitcases include a warranty covering functional defects during normal use.
This warranty does not cover:
• airline damage or mishandling
• cosmetic wear such as scratches, dents or stains
• damage caused by misuse, improper storage or modification
• wear of consumable parts unless proven defective
To submit a claim, email info@8dakozo.com with photographs and your order number.
Purchases made through bol.com follow bol.com’s terms, procedures and customer service policies.
The Kozo Company provides:
• product-related warranty
• after-sales support related to DAKOZO
• quality assurance
Payment processing and logistics follow bol.com’s systems.
All content on www.8dakozo.com, including logos, trademarks, designs, text, images and product materials, is owned by The Kozo Company.
Use or reproduction of any material without written permission is not allowed.
Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy available on www.8dakozo.com.
By using the website or placing an order, you agree to this processing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• The Kozo Company is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profits.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or third-party logistics partners.
• Our total liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
This does not affect statutory consumer rights.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
Disputes will be handled by the competent Dutch courts, unless consumer protection laws dictate otherwise.
