MEANING

The word Zen means a quiet focused state of mind, which inspired both the look and the feel of this series of DAKOZO.

DESIGN

Zen is reflected in the minimalist design of this series. Sleek curves and no large logo on the front, the suitcase maintains a balanced and calming presence.

UNIQUE DESIGN.

The shape of the Zen Series is defined by its custom mould, which required the hands of four people to form each shell. With eight hands working together and a large veil to guide the material, the team shaped the complex curves and corners of the design.

At first glance the suitcase may appear simple, but a closer look reveals the futuristic lines and subtle transitions that give the Zen Series its unique identity. The mould reflects the design philosophy behind DAKOZO: clean, modern and intentionally crafted.

Prior to launch, the Zen Series underwent comprehensive quality control and verification by certified third party inspectors including suitcase experts.

Think of shell impact strength, wheel performance, zipper resistance, handle endurance and internal construction, these were all tested according to strict standards.

Proudly the Zen Series passed all assessments with no issues. This demonstrated the reliability and the real engineering behind DAKOZO, which reinforces our goal of bringing good looking, durable, and sustainable products to the market.

DAKOZO IN-HOUSE
COLOUR CREATION

They appear darker at first glance, yet when light touches their edges, they reveal a refined metallic like glow. This interplay between depth and illumination gives every DAKOZO suitcase a unique and premium presence..

We mixed and selected our own pigments with precision to create the sleek signature colours of the Zen Series. All four colourways are custom in-house creations, developed through complex colour formulas that shape the character of each DAKOZO. Crafted with high grade polycarbonate blends, the colours carry naturally deep and rich tones that shift beautifully when illuminated.

MIDNIGHT BLUE

Almost black in low light but reveals a metallic blue shine when illuminated. It brings quiet luxury with an elegant and professional feel. It suits travelers who want a smart, unique and creative look while maintaining a formal style.

SPACE GREY

Dark in the shadows but transforms into a luxurious bold dark grey finish. A clean and refined business appearance suited for travellers who prefer minimalism, quiet luxury, and a formal sense of travel style.

TITANIUM SILVER

Shines bright in the light and carries a warmer type of silver in the shadow. This robust and luxury colour delivers a sleek and modern look designed for travellers who value elegance, minimalism and a futuristic feel.

DEEP GREEN

Very dark in low light and rich metallic green when illuminated. Reflects creative spirits and is made for travelers who are original, appreciate unique design and are drawn to deep, luxurious colour tones.
